I really enjoyed the fish burger from here. Fun toppings and full of flavor! Also got the banana and pineapple ring when I wanted to treat myself for completing a 2 hour walk. Those were just as good! They were very friendly and quick during both my visits. Everything also was at a good price.

Excellent fish and chips. My first time at CJs. Wasn’t let down. Service was super friendly, great family run business, everyone seemed happy. They were really busy but it was fast. Fresh fish and really good batter and a generous portion - fish prices are less than town too. The photo is 2x gurnard with half a scoop of chips. They even have a screen with order numbers you can see if you wait in your car. Really impressed! Will Definitely return 😊 Thanks - I’ve just read it’s new owners. Well done you definitely know what you are doing 👍

*** Updated review*** We went back to CJ'S and the quality was so much better. In fact my friend joining us for dinner thought that they were the best fish and chips she had had. Crisp chips, lovely fish and well battered onion rings. Great stuff! September Unfortunately the last couple of orders have been really bad. Dark brown chips and onion rings. This time the onion rings were missing batter. Fish size was tiny as were chips. The quality has dropped dramatically, I hope they improve otherwise we will have to go elsewhere
